Scheduling, built into your B2B SaaS.
Let your customers book meetings with your users — without building the scheduler from scratch.
OneSlate Partner API handles availability lookup, booking confirmation, host-calendar event creation, and signed webhook notifications. Embed it naturally into your product's own screens.
Why teams use it
Free API usage
"Powered by OneSlate" attribution is required. API calls themselves cost nothing — start small and scale.
Google Calendar / Microsoft 365
Regardless of which calendar the host uses, OneSlate reconciles availability and bookings consistently.
Signed webhook notifications
When a guest confirms a time, OneSlate sends a signed callback to your endpoint. Delivery failures are retried on a fixed schedule.
Use cases
CRM and sales enablement
Issue booking URLs for sales calls, customer meetings, and follow-ups directly from your product. Each rep's calendar stays in sync automatically.
Customer success
Embed onboarding, support, and quarterly review scheduling inside your customer portal. Slots reflect each CS manager's real availability.
Recruiting and talent platforms
Let candidates self-select interview times from inside your ATS or talent marketplace. No email back-and-forth required.

Frequently asked questions
Is this really free?
Yes. API usage is free. "Powered by OneSlate" attribution is required. We may introduce paid tiers for very high-volume use in the future, but existing partners will be notified ahead of time with a transition grace period.
What kind of company can use this?
B2B SaaS vendors who want to embed scheduling into their own product. Typical categories include CRM, customer success, and recruiting platforms. JUMP reviews each application and issues API keys upon approval.
How long does review take?
Usually 2 to 5 business days. We may follow up with a few questions.
Does it support Google and Microsoft 365?
Yes, both are supported. OneSlate connects each host via Google or Microsoft with the minimum scopes needed. Your product does not broker OAuth.
Do guests need to sign up?
No. Guests simply open the scheduling URL, pick a time, and confirm. After confirmation they see an optional invitation to create a free OneSlate account.
Can we embed the booking screen in our UI?
iframe embedding is not supported yet. Please link to the scheduling URL or open it in a new tab or popup. iframe support is on the roadmap.
Where is the API spec?
The full specification (request/response schemas, error codes, auth, rate limits, webhook payloads) is provided separately upon approval.
Where is the security documentation?
A security whitepaper (PDF) is available for download from the bottom of this page (sign-in required). It covers transport encryption, data residency, API key handling, webhook signature verification, and more.
